Dalmatian facts:
1) Dalmatians are the only spotted breed.
2) Dalmatian puppies are born without their spots.
3) Dalmatians have an affinity for horses, and without any training have been known to guide and “”fall into line”” with horses as they are pulling coaches.
4) Dalmatians are thought to have originated in Dalmatia which is an area of Croatia in the 17th-18th Century.
5) The breed has a predisposition towards deafness.
